Feel the buzz. It was a very unlucky day for a man from upstate New York recently. Police said the 30-year-old suspect had already been arrested after a car accident on February 11. The suspect had a number of outstanding warrants for his arrest, officials said. But his day was only going to get worse. Syracuse.com says he would have been caught with something he shouldn’t have been in a place he shouldn’t have been
A criminal complaint says county jail officials asked the man if he had any narcotics on him. He answered no. A body scan said otherwise. According to the police, where was he hiding the drugs? In her ass. The unfortunate official who had to go fishing for contraband noticed a plastic bag tied with
…a substantial amount of white powdery substance inside his buttocks,
In this case, it was 9.3 ounces of cocaine worth approximately $900. Now, on top of the heartache he was already facing for the multiple terms, he has been slapped with a whole host of new charges.
You may remember this story from here in the Hudson Valley in the summer of 2021? New York State Police say they arrested a woman for a traffic violation on the freeway near Coxsackie. NBC says police determined the Bronx woman did not have a valid driver’s license. But there was something more. According to the BNC, police eventually found more than a pound of cocaine in a diaper bag that was in the vehicle, as they searched. Police said the woman was traveling with her 13-year-old child and a 7-month-old child at the time. Now the woman faces multiple charges.
People have been getting very creative where they hide their coke lately. SCS says a New York man and a Maine woman were arrested after a “significant amount” of cocaine disguised as cake was found in their vehicle last July. CBS says drug officers seized more than four pounds of cocaine from their vehicle. Officials say more than two pounds of coke was disguised as gourmet cake. A good thing that didn’t end up at a children’s party, because it would have been a crazy reunion.
And then you had this unlucky guy, who supposedly hid cocaine in a lucky charm box. In October 2020, a stop on the NY State Thruway turned into an unexpected discovery, as police said they discovered five pounds of cocaine stored in two separate boxes of Lucky Charms cereal in the suspect’s vehicle. I guess they really are magically delicious?
